✅ Focus on Statistics & Probability – This is the trickiest section for most students
✅ Solve past papers & mock tests – ACET repeats similar patterns every year
✅ Improve speed – 3 hours might seem long, but time management is key
✅ Use the right study material – Books like B.S. Grewal (Maths) & John Freund (Stats) help a lot
✅ Consider coaching for structured prep – If you want guidance, Dr. Sourav Sir’s Classes is one of the best coaching options for ACET prep 🚀
What Happens After ACET?
Once you clear ACET, you can register as a student member with the IAI and start taking the Core Principles exams (CS1, CM1, CB1, etc.), which are the first step toward becoming a qualified actuary.
ACET isn’t too tough, but it’s not a cakewalk either—especially if you’re not comfortable with math & stats. With the right preparation strategy, clearing ACET is totally doable
